The original water workout with a history of success for Olympic and professional athletes. Join athletes and non-athletes alike at our lovely indoor pool. This is the safest-possible low-impact workout with world-class fitness results. Includes aerobic and anaerobic work, plyometrics, stretching, and strengthening. Bring your own towel. Luxury locker room available.
